Guardivia

About Guardivia

An independent telecom technology company that owns what it sells

Guardivia is an independent telecom-security and messaging-infrastructure company building carrier-grade SMS firewall, SMSC and core-network software in house.

What we do

Guardivia provides carrier-grade telecom messaging infrastructure, mobile signaling and SMS security, A2P monetization and revenue assurance, enterprise messaging gateways, core-network software, FlashCall and voice-fraud intelligence, active SMS route testing, honeypot-based threat and bypass detection, AI-assisted traffic intelligence, and network analytics and managed operations.

Our customers include mobile network operators, telecom groups, MVNOs and MVNEs, interconnect and signaling hubs, SMS aggregators, CPaaS providers, OTT messaging providers, wholesale carriers, enterprises, banks and fintech companies, government organisations, regulators, and private LTE and private 5G operators.

What makes Guardivia independent?

Guardivia designs, develops, integrates, maintains and supports its core telecom products through its internal engineering teams. This technology ownership removes dependence on outsourced proprietary product vendors, provides direct access to the engineers responsible for the platform, and enables faster integrations, controlled updates, accountable delivery and SLA-backed operational support.

How we build

Engineered In House. Delivered Without Vendor Dependency.

All Guardivia products are designed, engineered, developed, integrated, maintained and supported by Guardivia's internal telecom engineering teams. Guardivia owns and controls its product architecture, source code, protocol stacks, development roadmap, integrations, releases, security updates and technical-support processes. Guardivia does not depend on outsourced product development, white-labelled platforms or third-party proprietary telecom-product vendors for its core solutions.

Shared architecture

Four planes. One controlled operating model.

Software-defined
01

Protocol termination

SS7 / MAP · SIGTRAN · SIP · Diameter

02

Processing engines

Routing · stores · policy · classification

03

Gateway services

SMPP · HTTP / REST · APIs · webhooks

04

Management plane

GUI · monitoring · audit · reporting

Products share these architectural planes while keeping their individual product boundaries and deployment qualifications.

Complete Technology Ownership

Guardivia controls the architecture, source code, roadmap, updates and lifecycle of its core products.

Direct Operator Integration

Our internal engineers adapt the platform to signaling, messaging, core-network, OSS/BSS, billing, monitoring and regulatory environments.

Faster Response

Direct access to the people who build the technology reduces escalation layers and accelerates troubleshooting, updates and customisation.

Reliable Delivery

Structured testing, controlled releases, performance validation and SLA-backed support protect production stability.

This is a statement about Guardivia's core product technology and engineering lifecycle. Guardivia's platforms run on standard operating systems, commodity server hardware, open standards, cloud infrastructure and open-source components, as any modern telecom software does. The defensible claim is full ownership and control of the core product technology and the engineering lifecycle around it.

QoS Engineering Team

The team behind every product

Guardivia's QoS Engineering Team is a multidisciplinary internal group that owns the complete delivery lifecycle of every Guardivia product, from requirements analysis to SLA-backed operational support.

Principles

How we describe what we sell

  • Six clearly separated product families with stated boundaries
  • Current capabilities, optional modules, integration capabilities, consultancy services and planned functionality are distinguished on every page
  • No performance figures, availability guarantees or customer results are published without verification
  • AI proposes; authorised engineers confirm enforcement
  • No lawful-interception functions
  • Diagrams match the written architecture and carry text descriptions
